Where exactly does my driver meet me at Nadi Airport?

Your driver waits in the international arrivals hall, just outside customs, holding a name board with your name and OUTRIGGER Fiji Beach Resort. Shared coach passengers are directed to the marked transfer desk in the arrivals concourse. Departure pickups are from the resort's main lobby entrance on Sydney Drive, Off The Queens Highway, Sigatoka.

How much luggage can I bring?

Every passenger may bring one large suitcase and one carry-on item at no extra cost. Additional bags, golf clubs, surfboards, or dive gear can be carried — please note them in the booking form so we assign a vehicle with enough space. Child seats are available on request at no charge for private transfers.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your inbound flight number, so your driver adjusts to the actual landing time at no extra charge. For shared coach transfers, we move you to the next scheduled departure. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, contact us on +679 9994377 and we will rebook your transfer free of charge.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Bookings can be amended or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Please book at least 48 hours in advance so we can confirm availability.
